นโยบายการเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า

Return Policy

 

บริษัท เอสซีเอ็ม อลีอันซ์ จำกัด ยินดีรับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า ตามกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

 

1.            ในกรณีที่ทางบริษัท เอสซีเอ็ม อลีอันซ์ จำกัด จัดส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าผิดรุ่นจากการยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีที่จะรับเปลี่ยนและจัดส่งสินค้าที่ถูกต้อง ให้กับลูกค้าใหม่ภายใน 30 วันทำการ(ทั้งนี้ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งจะขึ้นอยู่กับสต๊อกของสินค้ารุ่นนั้นๆ) โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ

2.            ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนสินค้า เช่น กรณีเปลี่ยนรุ่นของสินค้า ลูกค้าจะต้องทำการจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังบริษัทฯ โดยลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสินค้าคืน และสินค้าต้องไม่ชำรุดเสียหายจากการใช้งาน สภาพสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมขาย  มิฉะนั้นทางบริษัท จะสงวนสิทธิในการรับคืนสินค้าดังกล่าว(สภาพพร้อมขาย หมายถึง สภาพสินค้า/ตัวเครื่องและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง เสียหาย และบรรจุอยู่ในหีบห่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้านั้นๆ ในสภาพเดียวกันกับสภาพที่บริษัทฯ นำส่งให้ลูกค้า)  ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการตรวจสอบสินค้าก่อนจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่ให้แก่ลูกค้า

การจัดส่งสินค้ากลับไปยังลูกค้า  ทางบริษัทฯ ขอจัดเก็บค่าใช้จ่าย ในการจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่แก่ลูกค้าตาม (สอบถามค่าจัดส่งได้จากพนักงานขาย)

3.            ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกรายการสั่งซื้อ  สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมขาย (สภาพพร้อมขาย หมายถึง สภาพสินค้า/ตัวเครื่องและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง เสียหาย และบรรจุอยู่ในหีบห่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้านั้นๆ ในสภาพเดียวกันกับสภาพที่บริษัทฯ นำส่งให้ลูกค้า) โดยมีค่าธรรมเนียมในการขอคืนเงิน ทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บค่าดำเนินการขอคืนเงิน 10% ของยอดมูลค่าสินค้า ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำใบลดหนี้และโอน/ สั่งจ่ายเช็คยอด 90% กลับไปยังบัญชีบัตรเครดิตหรือบัญชีธนาคารของลูกค้าภายใน 30 วันทำการถัดไป นับจากวันที่บริษัทฯ ได้ทำการตรวจสอบและยืนยันการยกเลิกสินค้า

ทั้งนี้ลูกค้าจะต้องทำการจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังบริษัทฯ โดยลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสินค้าคืน  ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการตรวจสอบสินค้าและยืนยันการรับคืนสินค้าและเข้ากระบวนการการคืนเงินให้ลูกค้าต่อไป

4.            กรณีลูกค้าส่งเครื่องมือไปสอบเทียบกับสถาบันสอบเทียบเครื่องมือหรือห้องแล็ปเอง ทางบริษัทฯจะไม่รับเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้าหรือรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายทุกกรณี (หากต้องการส่งเครื่องมือสอบเทียบ กรุณาแจ้งความประสงค์ได้ที่เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายเพื่อติดต่อขอรับบริการจากทางบริษัทฯ)

5.            ในกรณีที่ทางบริษัท เอสซีเอ็ม อลีอันซ์ จำกัด จัดส่งสินค้าชำรุดให้กับลูกค้า ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อบริษัทฯ (ต้องติดต่อภายใน 3 วันตั้งแต่วันที่ท่านรับสินค้าทันที พร้อมเก็บบรรจุภัณฑ์ เช่นกล่องไปรษณีย์เดิม เพื่อทำการส่งกลับ หากเกินกว่า 3 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า)
